OVERVIEW: TREASURY WINE ESTATES — CHATEAU SOUVERAIN

Anyone who examines the historical background of the premium wine boom in California that began in the 60s must look to Lee Stewart’s Souverain wines as part of the origin.

In January 2013, Treasury Wine Estates renewed its commitment to Souverain; to honor it as a foundational California wine treasure; to confirm Lee Stewart’s rightful place in history; to renew Souverain’s legacy as the King of Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon, and to reenergize that leadership role within TWE’s California portfolio.

This snapshot is designed to express some of the details of that undertaking and, true to the spirit and depth of Lee Stewart’s meticulous approach to winemaking, the resulting brand book signals the discipline underpinning TWE’s commitment to Souverain.
